If I learned something in life is that we only got one to live.. You can't sacrifice you're life for another, you deserve you're chance to be happy !! You're husband has his parents to take care of himself, you've been with him for 4 years since he had the accident, you have tried you're best to be a good wife and to the right thing but you have to think about yourself too. If you're completly sure that this guy you met in cc loves you and he would take care of you and do whatever possible to make you happy, you should try to make it work with him. Be completly honest about you're husband's situation, having kids, talk about all the implications with him and start by being 100 % honest with each other. Eve, this is a tough situation indeed, but as others have said you took a vow to love your husband in sickness and in health. Imagine how you would feel if you were in your husband's place... already feeling like he is not a man because he is invalid and cannot support his family and he is unable to sexually satisfy his wife who he loves... and then to have his wife take another lover and take his children away from him.... i do not think you are an evil person or trying to be cruel.... but you must admit if you were in his place, it would destroy you emotionally if he did the things to you that you are considering doing. You had 13 good years of marriage with him before this happened... is it right to turn your back on him when he needs you most... to leave him and have sex with another man... to take his children away.... simply because his penis has not worked for the past 4 years? Yes your relationship has changed because of his accident but that does not mean it has to be over or that you will never have happiness again together. You also did not say how severe his accident was... only hinted that he only lays in bed and is unable to get an erection... has he lost all use of his arms and legs... is he still able to speak? If he can still use his hands and his tongue than there still ways he can give you pleasure and I am sure he wants to.... but probably feels like you are not interested in him anymore or that you are ashamed of him. And have the doctors confirmed that his penis does not work because of the physical injuries he sustained from the accident? Is it possible that his erectile disfunction is caused by emotional issues... such as depression from thoughts that you are no longer attracted to him or want him sexually anymore... or from feeling like he is not a man because he cannot work and support his family? Those kind of thoughts... guilt... deep depression and emotional issues can play a major role in impotency. Perhaps it would be worth while for him to see a phsychiatrist to see if he can help your husband. With your love and support he might regain at least some erectile function. Well as for me I am doing great. I just started day trading a few months ago with my 401k and am doing awesome. By the end of the year I will increase it by 50%. I only wish I would have taken the risk 10 years sooner of day trading. All I can tell you is to check the oil stocks. I've made a killing with PDO and CLR. There's also Exxon and you can also look at gas stocks as well. But like anything, I treat this as a full time job. Oil has been very volatile and you have to know when to buy and when to sell to maximize your profits. On some days like today, I made an easy $800 in the first 20 minutes the market opened with PDO. Just check out what this stock did today for starters.

Actually none. I'm not close to being 60 yrs old. NOT even close. And besides its in my 401K. I would get penalized too much to pull any of it out before being 60. All I can do is keep growing my nest egg and at the rate I'm going at now, it will be around $5 MILLION by the time I'm around 60.

5 mil by 60? not bad. hope u have more to go on then just ur 401 k. 1 mil dollars isnt what it used to be. i suggest getting a financial planner. no need to make any comparisons, but since i got a planner i can now retire by 50 getting 6 figures until im 80, and my kids education taken care for (but still hoping they get scholarships). had to make some sacrifices with lifestyle now. for example, driving a toyota camry instead of a bmw, shopping at target instead of bloomingdales, but at least i can travel outside the country 4 wks out of the year. fortunately i started young, got a job where i can put enough or max out 401k, vul's, mutual funds, my govt tsp, and annunities, etc. word of advice to young folks out there, start saving early. its ok to have some fun every now and then, but look ahead.
